I started my journey in the real estate industry as the administrative assistant to an experienced Miami agent, where I handled cold calling. In May 2018, I took the real estate exam and became a licensed agent. That same year, I completed two sales and assisted with another sale, followed by two more sales in 2019, all in the residential sector.

I have the ability to close more sales, but I am in need of leads. To benefit my clients, I offer a 10% cash back incentive. For sellers, I provide a comprehensive marketing campaign that includes social media, direct mail, email campaigns, and open houses. Additionally, I promise to negotiate the highest possible price and the best terms for my clients.

I am qualified for this role, having dedicated months to training with the Miami Association of Realtors and my broker. As a result, I am well-versed in the latest trends in our market.
