When I contacted Agent Pronto, they called me immediately to find out information on where we were located. Once they had that information, it was only a couple of minutes before I had an e-mail with the names of 2 real estate agents in our area. I called them both and got an immediate call from one. The other agent called me a few days later. Overall the experience was very positive as I had no idea where to start.

I can't thank John Dean enough for handing the sale of my home. John's knowledge of the industry and the area was exceptional. He kept me informed of all the issues and guided me with decisions that had to be made. He offered to make several trips to the house to meet and coordinate the inspections and other people that assisted me with the move.
