He made physical visits and did video tours + confirmed next steps along the way from negotiating offers through closing. When I had trouble getting preapproved through a lender, he recommended an alternate for me that worked through all the red tape. Will recommend to any friends or family.

Steve met everything we asked for. He even go's out of his way to help. Very very impressive. Steve told us he works 7 days a week, but he honestly does. He also calls to see how things are going after you have already moved in to make sure we are OK. Just can't go wrong with Steve he stands by his word.
