We were working with a different realtor at first from one of the larger more nationally recognized companies with someone who has a real great reputation. After it seemed we were not a priority because she was working with so many other clients, probably with larger budgets, and putting in several offers (always above asking) but bring rejected, we decided to go with someone else when we started to look at houses again, a year later. I am glad we found Shawn because she actually seemed to want to work hard with us to get a home. Setting up times to see the houses we wanted was easy, and her input was genuine and helpful. I think she's a funny and energetic lady and that helps because buying a house can be stressful. We got the house we wanted, a good deal and it happened quick. She worked with our lender and he was impressed at how on top of it all she was. Bonus: We are military and she was working with Homes for Heros so that was also a plus for us.
