$30 Million. I also maintain a NMLS Loan Originator’s License. I have a deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, understanding the intricacies of the underwriting process and the secondary mortgage market. I have structured conventional, FHA, and VA loans, as well as non-conventional loans. My ability to understand the lending process helps sellers pick the most qualified buyer, and buyers find the best mortgage product.
