I would give Pat Tolbert more then five stars if I could , Pat was the best realtor we ever worked with. We where moving from anther state and Pat kept us informed on everything that popped up on the new house, She also did videos of the house showing us the progress of the deferent stages as they were done ,We could always get in touch with her if we had any questions. Pat is a great realtor. She is professional, very proactive, and goes above and beyond, doing whatever is needed to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly. In my case, Pat handled the sale of my elderly parents' home from start to finish, as I was living thousands of miles away and they are both in assisted living. Pat was recommended as someone who would be attentive and able to handle all the details, and she proved to be just that.
