We loved working with Matt. As first-time buyers, there were so many things that seemed over our heads. Matt was able to help to understand the process well and to help us see past the stress of homebuying to give us the confidence to make wise decisions. His advice and market knowledge were a point of stability for us as we tried to find a house in the midst of a fast-moving market. Matt Willis had a hefty deadline of selling our home in 10 days so that we could purchase a home that way finishing being built. He sold ours in 9 days! Quick and painless - not to mention amazing customer service!
Matt made this first time home buying experience with our daughter a much less scary process than I anticipated! He was always available and responded quickly. He listened to our wants and needs and communicated with the seller and our lender so effectively. After the sale was final, our daughter received a card and plant as a congratulatory housewarming gift. Such a wonderful, personal touch! Even a few months later, when something came up and we needed to use our home warranty (that he encouraged us to get), he was quick to provide us the necessary information and make sure we were taken care of.
