My realtor, Matthew McDaniel, could not have served my needs any better! He helped me sell my house in Austin and simultaneously buy another home in Kerrville, somehow managing to make both transactions happen perfectly in sync with one another: I couldn't have asked for a smoother set of transactions. He knows the market at every turn, and will commit himself fully as a buyer's or seller's agent, or in my case, both. He was constantly focused on my best interest and in constant communication. He made me feel like I was his only client, although I knew I actually wasn't! Matt McDaniel is very knowledgeable, a true professional, and an extremely nice person as well. He was very coordinated, well-oiled machine, and everyone who works with him is very nice and capable. Definitely recommend and will most assuredly hire Matt again in the future.

Matt McDaniel is the best Realtor I have ever had. He goes the extra mile with showing and negotiating a great deal. He listened carefully to what I was wanting and found the best house with the best deal for me. He took all the work out of this process.
