From meeting her for the first time, all the way through close, Krista was incredibly professional, informative, honest and she has this warm, welcoming personality. She's dedicated. We endured a lot of issues with other realtors and some of the offers received, but Krista handled everything perfectly. I was always aware of what was going on, she was instantly responsive when I had questions. Krista was great at explaining things and never once treated me like a number or like I was stupid. She cares. That makes an incredible difference. Though I have only worked with Krista once (and I will definitely use her again if/when needed), I never felt like it was for the money with her. Krista was such an amazing realtor!! She was on top of things every step of the way, anticipated our needs and was in constant communication during the home buying process.
