Kat was very helpful in finding us a home. She sent houses our way that she felt was a perfect fit for us. We gave her qualifications and she was able to follow them in the best way possible. She was very friendly and was able to work with our schedules. I really enjoyed working with Kat and will recommend her to everyone I know.

Most important she was responsive and immediately was available to show the house in a time sensitive situation. This made all the difference. When I needed information or guidance she was always available. Her input and mentoring made the whole house buying process managable. Without Kat's promt action I would have lost the house.
