Julie was both our buyers’ and sellers’ agent in 2021. She was very supportive of our timeline both when we first communicated our vision and when we completely reversed course. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate including financing options, market conditions and drivers, contractor work and pricing, legalities and contracts, and had effective contacts for everything we needed. She specifically recommended several upgrades to the house we were selling which I was initially dubious of… luckily we decided to go ahead with them (she gracefully did not push us at all) and got a several fold return on investment (I’m still astounded). In addition, she held our hands through the portions we were less knowledgeable on. Beyond that, even after the deals were done she continues to answer our house related questions.
