I really enjoyed working with Erik! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick we got in and got out of this process, and in to closing. He was very professional but not stuffy and too cold. He always made sure to tell us the cold hard truth about things (home conditions, what was going on, finances and what not) which was nice for first time home owners like myself and my husband. We needed that extra guidance, even if the news wasn't good. That being said, even when it was bad news, he managed to make us comfortable in the decisions we made along the way. He's very assertive and works on your side, strategically, and with solid communication efforts to keep you in the loop (as someone who freaks out easily, this was very nice to have,) I would, and will, highly recommend him when I hear of someone needing a realtor.

Erik was wonderful to work with while selling my grandmother's house. He was consistently patient,
flexible, and helpful, despite unforeseeable challenges that came up along the way. I would highly

Erik was great! He was patient and helped me through the entire process. Selling the home my
husband had built was very difficult and Erik understood that. He was there to offer the help I
needed, whether it was answering my questions that seemed crazy to me, holding a conference call
with my kids to help me to understand or helping me figure out the best way to move my things to
