Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an operations supervisor for a large internet and cable service provider. In this position, I interacted with customers on a daily basis as I assisted them with either transferring their service to their new home or helping them set up their services in their new rental property. It wasn't long before I realized that my favorite part of that job was talking to the customers and hearing about their experience with either buying their dream home or the excitement of moving into their first apartment. That's when I realized that I wanted to be part of that process and help people achieve that goal.
