From the moment we met David on the phone,
we knew we would like him. He is incredibly
diligent, attentive, and responsive
On our first visit with him to Poughkeepsie, we
saw several houses, but did not quite find
what we were seeking. David listened
attentively as as we explained what we liked
and didn't like about each property. He then went back to his office and did some additional
research.

two more properties. One of them met the
exact criteria we were seeking. Once we
decided on to make an offer on the house
