David assisted us in selling our house. He was able to help us prep. the house for sale, by pointing out things that potential buyers may be turned off by. He was responsive and handled 100% of the showings. We received two full-price offers within a week and were sold for full asking price in a month. While we greatly appreciated David’s expertise, his greatest value was in helping us properly market the property, which ultimately helped maximize the value and limit our carry cost. Secondarily, David was not pushy or aggressive. He laid the facts out in front of us and allowed us to make our own choices as we went through the process. He listened to us, guided us, and drove the sale and purchase and made us very happy. 7 years ago, I used David to sell the house I grew up in after my Dad died. He was the best.
