Dana is friendly, knowledgeable, and was punctual for our inspection and final walk through. She was patient in dealing with delays in our home buying process. We appreciate her ability to navigate through some of the challenges we faced. An area I would encourage her to work on is communicating details. She has been doing this for many years and I can tell she knows her stuff. As a first time buyer I would have liked more thorough explanations regarding the process especially towards the end. At times I felt like I needed to pursue things and at one point didn’t get an answer. I don’t doubt that she had the answers or knew what was going on. I would have been more at ease if things were explained in advance and more in depth.
