These guys are absolutely great! I initially reached out to this company for a rent-to-own inquiry. I'm so glad that I didn't take this option. Chad suggested giving the home buying one last try as in the past few years and 2 tries, it obviously didn't happen for me with realty groups where I never felt like I was heard in what I was looking for or wanting, and even though I did my own research on the process of home buying, somethings were not explained to me. Brittney and Chad made the process so easy. Brittney was always quick to reply to any questions that I had and they were so quick with setting up homes for viewing.

Even during loan approval process they were so generous. Thoughtful gifts wwre sent to make the stress of the whole home buying process more bearable. I told my friend who recommended me to one of her friends to assist me with buying and she even commented her friend doesn't do that. They both always checked-in on me during the home buying process and even afterward

My experience w Chad has so far been extraordinary! Although I am in the beginning stages of the whole 'building my credit' the end result is going to be me buying a home.
