We were actually able to buy a home in December. Chad was not only the listing agent but successfully represented both parties giving the unique times. I found him to be fair on both ends having to negotiate. All of his referrals were great as well.

We had a less than great experience with a previous real estate agent and weren’t looking forward to finding a new agent to represent us in the purchase of a home. We met Chad at an open house he was hosting, while this particular home was a little outside our price range he appeared to know all about the property and had clearly done all his research on the neighborhood.
